Cultural talks

          Last Thursday, students from 1st and 3rd year of Obligatory Secondary Education and 1st year of Baccalaureate attended the cultural talks offered by Burlington books in our High School. The talk was given by a native English teacher, who spoke to our students about the different countries that make up the UK. The students learned about the flags, national symbols, food, Royal family, languages, pop music and other aspects of the Bristish culture. They also discovered interesting facts regarding the cultural differences between the different parts of the UK, such as words spoken in Wales or Scotland. They all had a great time!
